We use the information solely to review your profile, prepare for your consultation, and personalize the guidance a Career Counsellor provides. We do not sell your data.

Storage and security

Submissions and resumes are stored in our secure backend with access restricted to the Career Kickstart team. We use industry-standard safeguards, though no system can be guaranteed to be fully secure.

Sharing

We share limited information with hiring partners only when there is a genuine fit and only with your knowledge. We never share your details for cold outreach.

Your choices

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information at any time by writing to team@careerkickstart.in.
